The temperatures are soaring day by day in the city. The blazing sun not only tends to make the skin dry but also makes it vulnerable to damage. There are many natural ways to help you protect your skin from the sun.
1) Healthy diet
If you want to stay hydrated you have to better increase intake of coconut water, fresh juices, and green tea. Fluids help us from body dehydration. We should avoid caffeine based and alcoholic drinks. When your body is affected by dehydration, you can notice water deprived skin.
