The Hexa Downtown Urban Edition has arrived in the showrooms on 3rd November. This launch by Tata is a special edition of its Hexa SUV. The Urban edition has a lot of cosmetic changes inside and outside with better-equipped kit when compared to the standard Hexa.
This innovative and new limited-edition version is available in two packages – Absolute and Indulge. The price is starting from Rs 12.18 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the XE trim. The added chrome garnishing across the body provides a more premium road presence while the tan leather seat covers provide a luxurious feel inside. The edition further gets a wireless charger, Blaupunkt rear seat entertainment player and Heads-Up Display (HUD) with Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) among the other key features.
The extra-premium model intends to provide the executives who need to combine work and travel.
Apart from the major specifications, alternatives XE, XM, and XMA trims, the Absolute package sums up new tan seat covers, while the Indulge package on the lower variants gets them new 16-inch alloy wheels. The top-spec XT and XTA trims along with the Indulge package, comes with two Blaupunkt 10.1-inch infotainment screens for the rear and a dashboard-mounted heads-up display that provides speed limit alerts, battery voltage, and heads-up display with Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
Technically speaking, the Hexa Downtown Urban Edition proceeds with the same 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine that gives 150hp and 320Nm of peak torque in the XE variant, and 156hp and 400Nm in all other trims. While keeping the same on-road competences of the HEXA, the new Downtown edition has been progressed on the luxury front with a host of premium features for both exterior and interior.
