With India’s most vibrant and colourful time festival around the corner where people fast and indulge in folk dances like Garba and Dandiya for nine days with each day having its own colour representation, we bring a list of best Bollywood songs on which you can dance to show your moves during this Navratri. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2013 blockbuster ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’ peppy song ‘Nagada Sang Dhol’ is sure to get you up on the dance floor. With its thumping dhol beats and happening music, the song is one which just can’t be missed out on a Navratri night. Deepika Padukone’s Garba moves in the video are a visual treat for one and all.


This Salman Khan-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan song which featured in 1999 film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ is the most evergreen song for the Dandiya season. This is one of the best Bollywood songs which represents the grand joyous colourful nature of Navratri. It’s fast paced beats and lyrics are more than enough to make you shake a leg on the dance floor.


Salman Khan’s film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ featured the song ‘Prem Leela’, which has been composed by Himesh Reshammiya, depicts the beautiful story of Ram Leela. With Salman narrating the song in the video, this song has to be on every DJ’s playlist at-least for Salman Khan fans. Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, the film even starred Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonam Kapoor in pivotal roles.


Two of Bollywood’s most quintessential actresses Madhuri Dixit Nene and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who were seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2002 film ‘Devdas’ which also starred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead, gave us the most evergreen song ‘Dola Re Dola’ which could get even the grumpiest of souls on the dance floor. Those impeccable moves and coordination between the two beautiful actresses are sure to grab your attention and the track, ever since its release, has become one of the favourites which are played during the festive season of Navratri.


The festival of Navratri is incomplete until you shake a leg on the dance floor and the song ‘Lahu Munh Lag Gaya’ from ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’ is one which would lift your spirits. The video of the song depicts alleged lovebirds Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone performing the song really well with their coordinated Garba moves and their sizzling chemistry speaks volumes.
