| Nearest stations | Nerul and Seawoods-Darave, each about 1.5 km on foot by a map estimate. |
The seven wonders replicas
The replicas are the park’s main attraction. A guide by LBB lists them as the Taj Mahal, the Colosseum, Chichen Itza, Petra, Machu Picchu, Christ the Redeemer and the Great Wall of China. Older visitor accounts describe the same set. Other lists online name different monuments, so check the signage at the park before you tell children what they are looking at.
Tickets and separate charges
Current tariff not confirmed: the figures below come from a May 2023 report of proposed charges. Check the current admission, ride and parking prices before you travel.
| Item | Reported figure | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Entry, ages 5 to 12 | ₹40 | Proposed in a Free Press Journal report of 20 May 2023 |
| Entry, above 12 years | ₹50 | Proposed in the same report |
| Toy train | ₹25 | Reported in the same report. Check whether it is separate from entry. |
| Smart card | ₹100 refundable deposit | Described in the same report. Confirm that the system operates. |
| Parking, bike | ₹10 | Reported in the same report. Check the parking board. |
| Parking, four wheeler | ₹50 | Reported in the same report. Check the parking board. |
| Other rides | Not confirmed | Ask whether rides are charged separately. |
The report is not evidence that these proposed rates took effect, so treat them as a rough guide. Ask at the counter about children under five, the age boundaries, payment methods (carry some cash) and whether ride charges are additional. A dated photograph of the ticket board, or a reply from the park office, would settle this.
Timings and weekly closure
| Question | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Park opening hours | A guide reports a morning session of about 6 am to 12 pm and an evening session of about 3 pm to 9 pm. The guide is undated. |
| Weekly closure | Whether a Monday closure applies has not been confirmed. |
| Last admission | Whether entry stops before closing time. |
| Rides and toy train | Guides say they run in the evening. Ask for their timings separately. |
| Fountain show | Whether it is operating, the show time and what happens in rain. Guides give different times, so confirm on arrival and do not plan the visit around a promised show. |
Festival and event days can change the schedule. NMMC closed the park on 31 December 2023 for crowd and security reasons, according to Newsband. NMMC’s toll-free numbers, 1800 222 309 and 1800 222 310, are general civic helplines and not the park’s ticket office, so ask for the Nerul Division if you call.
Getting to the entrance
Both nearby stations are on the Harbour line, and the map estimate puts each about 1.5 km from the park on foot (walking route from Nerul and walking route from Seawoods-Darave). By road it is about 1.4 km from Nerul station (road route) and about 2.5 km from Seawoods-Darave (road route). These are OpenStreetMap estimates checked on 22 October 2026 to a map point in the middle of the park, not to the entrance gate, so use the map link and look for the signage. Station exits, auto fares and travel times have not been checked.
See the Nerul railway station guide for Nerul station and the Nerul area guide for the area. Parking is available according to the May 2023 report. Confirm the charges and which gate to use.
What visitors can do
The May 2023 report described a renovated park with new rides and entertainment attractions, an audio-visual system, a musical fountain with a laser show, ponds, walkways and play material. The current list of rides and their age or height rules is not confirmed, so read the notices posted at each ride and follow the operator’s instructions.
Facilities and family tips
Toilets, drinking water, food stalls, outside-food rules, stroller and wheelchair access, seating, shade and a re-entry policy have not been confirmed for this page, so do not rely on them. Carry water and a cap for the children, some cash and any ID the park asks for. Weekends and holidays are likely to be crowded, and rain can interrupt rides, so keep the plan flexible.
What should families check before using the rides?
- The age and height limits posted at each ride.
- Which rides are running on the day, since availability can change.
- The operator’s instructions, and that every child is properly seated and supervised.
- Whether a ride is charged separately.
A ride accident in June 2023, two days after the park reopened, led NMMC to close that ride, according to the Free Press Journal. That is history, not a statement about today’s rides.
A brief history
Wonders Park reopened on 1 June 2023 after almost three and a half years of renovation, according to the Free Press Journal.
