IKEA Navi Mumbai: Timings, Directions and Shopping Guide

Home and Lifestyle

IKEA Navi Mumbai is a two level store at Turbhe MIDC with a showroom, a market hall, a restaurant and a children’s play area. A visit goes more smoothly if you know the opening hours, how to reach the store, how parking, collection and delivery work, and what the return policy covers. This guide sets out what IKEA publishes for this store and how to plan around it.

Hours checked against IKEA’s Navi Mumbai store page and its current store guide on 18 October 2026. Delivery, assembly, return and Click and Collect details come from IKEA India’s own service pages. Check the store page’s exceptional-hours notices before a holiday visit, since hours and fees change.

How to reach the store

  • By train. IKEA names Turbhe and Koparkhairane as the nearest stations, and says the store is accessible by public transport. Plan the last stretch from the station separately, since IKEA does not publish a walking route or an auto fare. Our Mumbai local train guide explains the Trans-Harbour line, and the Turbhe area guide covers the area. Ask at the station for the shared auto or bus stand, and check the fare before you start.
  • By road. Use the distances above only from those starting points. Check your own route on a live map.
  • Parking. IKEA’s store page lists parking at P1. Four-wheeler parking is on Parking Level 1 in rows J9 and K9, and two-wheeler parking is on Level 1 in row E10. Wide-access parking for specially abled visitors is in P1, rows H10 and M10. P1 also has EV charging points for two and four wheelers, which IKEA lists as free. A space or a free charger is not guaranteed, especially on a weekend. The LBB guide says parking is free, so confirm the current tariff if it matters to you.

How the store is laid out

The store has showroom and market-hall levels, with a signed route and shortcuts. Plan around whether you want to browse, collect specific products or pick up an online order. The numbered signs lead you along the route, and the guide marks shortcuts.

Level What is there, per IKEA’s store guide
Level 2, showroom Room displays for living room, dining, kitchen, workspaces, bedroom, wardrobes and storage, and Children’s IKEA, plus the Swedish Restaurant and the Småland playroom
Level 1, market hall Cookware, tableware, home textiles, bed textiles, the bath shop, rugs, home organisation, lighting, wall decoration and mirrors, home decoration and outdoor furniture, and a self-serve furniture area
Near the exit Billing, the As-Is area, the Swedish Food Market and Swedish Bistro, the collection point, Click and Collect, the delivery service and exchanges and returns

The guide also lists an IKEA for Business area and a product index to find which zone carries what you want.

Visiting with children

The Småland play area is on the showroom level. It is open from 2 pm to 9 pm Monday to Thursday and 11 am to 10 pm Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, and the last registration is one hour before closing. Children register to use it, and availability depends on capacity and eligibility. IKEA sets the age, height and toilet-training rules and the session length at registration, so confirm them at the Småland desk and plan to stay in the store while your child plays.

The restaurant and bistro hours above apply to a family meal, and the Swedish Food Market is near the exit.

Planning your visit

  • The LBB guide estimates three to four hours for the showroom and the market hall. That is one visitor’s estimate, so plan around your list.
  • Select Navi Mumbai when you check stock on IKEA.in, and save article numbers and product variants.
  • Check package dimensions and weight, not just the assembled size, so that it fits your vehicle.
  • Measure your space before you go, and check that large items will fit through your door and into your lift.
  • Wear comfortable shoes, since the route involves a lot of walking.
  • The personal shopper service is separate from entry. IKEA’s store guide describes two hours of accompaniment, and the service page gives the terms.

How buying works

  • Choose. Pick from the displayed range or from IKEA.in.
  • Red and yellow tags. Per the store guide, a red tag means you can collect the item yourself at the showroom, the market hall or the self-serve area. A yellow tag means you contact a co-worker at the information desk.
  • Write it down. Note the product name, article number, price, rack and location.
  • Collect or deliver. You can take items home yourself or use delivery, which is charged separately.

Click and Collect

IKEA’s Click and Collect page puts the Navi Mumbai collection point at counter 7, in the Exchange and Returns section on Level 1. This suits a short pickup visit without a showroom tour.

  • Choose Click and Collect when you order and select a collection slot.
  • Arrive within your chosen slot and follow the Click and Collect signs.
  • Bring your order confirmation and an identity proof.
  • Check that the items match your order before you leave.

Follow your confirmed slot and not the store hours. IKEA says orders not collected within one day of the collection date are cancelled and refunded. To change your slot or cancel, contact customercare.india@ikea.com or call 1800 419 4532 at least two hours before the slot. Click and Collect is free for IKEA Family members, and the page states no fee for non-members, so check at checkout.

Delivery and assembly

Check delivery availability for your PIN code and the final charge for your basket. IKEA’s delivery page bases charges on the gross weight of the products, on whether you are an IKEA Family member and on a serviceable PIN code. Its published slabs, read on 18 October 2026, are:

Gross weight IKEA Family member Non-member
0 to 5 kg 89 rupees 189 rupees
5 to 20 kg 99 rupees 199 rupees
20 to 100 kg 999 rupees 1,099 rupees
100 to 500 kg 1,999 rupees 2,099 rupees
Over 500 kg Shown at checkout Shown at checkout

Kitchens have a flat delivery price of 1,999 rupees, with delivery in 2 to 30 days. Plants, food, fragile items and As-Is articles are excluded. These charges can change, so use the page for your basket.

IKEA’s assembly page describes two routes. You can book an independent partner, such as WIFFY, Urban Company or Jeeves in Mumbai, who give you a quote before you pay. Or you can arrange assembly through the store, which lists 3,500 rupees for products up to 50,000 rupees, 5,000 rupees for 50,001 to 100,000 rupees and 10 per cent of the product value above 1,00,000 rupees. IKEA says partners are independent providers. Compare the product price, delivery, assembly or installation and any additional services before you decide.

Returns and exchanges

IKEA publishes a 365 day return and exchange policy, subject to product eligibility and condition. Keep your invoice and packaging, and check the applicable refund method and collection charges before buying. The return policy says:

  • Returns are processed on presenting the original invoice. Online orders need photos and proof of purchase.
  • Opened items in store are taken back when packed in their original packaging, and the refund then goes to your original payment method. Otherwise you receive a refund card.
  • Food, plants, custom-made worktops and gift cards are excluded, as are items that are dirty, stained, damaged, adapted or missing parts.
  • Mattresses fall under a separate exchange policy.
  • Home collection can attract charges, and opened or assembled items must be disassembled and packed.
  • A damaged delivery is a separate claim. The policy gives 7 days to raise a delivery claim, so report damage promptly and do not wait for the 365 day period.
