The brand makes its own furniture. The store page says home delivery is free, that free installation options are available and that delivery time depends on the product and your PIN code. Treat these as promotions and confirm that they apply to your product and PIN code.

Kharghar

The stores covered here for Kharghar include two. Urban Ladder lists a store on the Ground and First Floor, Shop No. 1 and 2, Bhagwati Greens CHS, Plot No. 6, Sector 23, Kharghar, 410210, open 10.30 am to 9.30 pm. Ready-made, made to order, made to measure and modular

  • Ready-made. The piece is in stock or in the standard range, so ask whether you can inspect it in the showroom.
  • Made to order. The piece is produced after you buy it, so ask for the lead time and the return terms.
  • Made to measure. The piece is manufactured to dimensions you agree, so ask for approved dimensions, materials, finish, price and delivery date in writing.
  • Modular. The piece is assembled from standard components, so check which combinations are available and whether you can add parts later.

Wooden Street’s custom furniture page advertises customisation such as sofa leg, size and seat cushion options and a choice of fabrics, and availability depends on the product and the change you ask for. The other brands’ made-to-measure availability is not verified in this guide, so ask each store.

Delivery, assembly and installation

  • Check whether your PIN code is serviceable and what the delivery charge is for your order.
  • Ask whether assembly is included, charged separately or a separate appointment.
  • Ask about charges for stairs, long carries or special handling, and whether dismantling your old furniture is included.
  • Ask for the delivery window in writing.
  • Confirm the society’s delivery hours, unloading access, service lift availability and any handling restrictions before you schedule delivery.

IKEA bases delivery charges on weight, membership and PIN code. Urban Ladder’s shipping policy says orders go through logistics partners with an estimated timeline shown at order confirmation. Wooden Street’s delivery and installation offers are promotions that depend on the product and PIN code. Confirm the final cost for your own order.

Warranty, returns and cancellation are different things

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Ask how to report it, how long you have and how to document the damage. Wooden Street’s return and refund page asks you to tell the delivery person at once and raise a complaint, and says it assesses damage within 3 days.
  • If you change your mind. Ask whether you can cancel or return after delivery, because many policies exclude made-to-order items. Urban Ladder’s policy sets return conditions and exclusions.
  • What the warranty covers. Urban Ladder’s policy covers manufacturing defects from the delivery date, with the period on each product page, and asks for the invoice. A warranty is not a right to return furniture that does not suit your room.

Check whether the terms quoted apply to an in-store purchase, an online order or a customised order, since a website policy may not govern every sales channel in the same way.

Before you order

  • Measure the usable room space and allow for doors, drawers, recliners and dining chairs to open.
  • Check the lift doors, staircase turns and the route into your flat.
  • Confirm the packed size and whether the item arrives assembled.
  • Record the product model, material, finish and colour on the order.
  • Obtain written delivery and assembly commitments.
  • Compare the full delivered and assembled cost, not the shelf price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a furniture market in Turbhe?

This guide lists individual furniture stores in Turbhe. It does not identify a verified market operating under the name Turbhe Furniture Market.

Which furniture stores are in Vashi?

The stores covered here include Royaloak Furniture Studio, Interio by Godrej in Sector 19C, and Urban Ladder and Wooden Street on Palm Beach Road. Check each store’s page for current hours.

Which listed furniture store is in Kharghar?

Urban Ladder in Sector 23 and an Interio by Godrej listing under The Sanrachana Makers at Little World Mall, Sector 2, are covered here. Other stores may exist that this guide does not list.

Is there a Home Centre store in Navi Mumbai?

Home Centre’s own store page lists a store at the Seawoods railway station, Sector 40, shown as open until 11 pm.

Can I see every online furniture model in the showroom?

Display ranges vary by branch. Contact the store with the product name or SKU before travelling.

Do these stores offer free delivery?

Policies differ. Wooden Street’s store page says home delivery is free and installation options are available, Urban Ladder says orders go through logistics partners, and IKEA charges by weight and PIN code. Eligibility depends on the product and PIN code, so ask about stair, handling and assembly charges.

Can I get furniture made to my size?

Wooden Street advertises customisation, but availability depends on the product and the change. Ask for approved dimensions, materials, finish, price and delivery date in writing. Made-to-measure availability at the other brands is not verified in this guide. Custom dimensions are different from a standard modular configuration.

Is a furniture warranty the same as a return policy?

No. A warranty covers defects, a return policy covers sending an item back, and cancellation rules cover changing an order. Ask for all three in writing, and ask whether they apply to a store, online or customised purchase.
