Park opening hours and ride operating hours can differ. At the Theme Park the rides run from 11 am to 5 pm even though the park stays open until 7 pm, so do not plan to arrive late and ride until closing. Check the timings page and the ride maintenance schedule for your visit date.
Theme Park or Water Park: which should you book?
Imagicaa runs the two as separate parks with their own hours, so choose the one that fits your group and the weather. Do not assume one ticket covers every park: the park’s FAQ says a Theme Park ticket gives unlimited access to the Theme Park rides and attractions only, and that you can cover the Snow Park and Trampoline Park plus either the Theme Park or the Water Park in a single day.

Getting to Imagicaa from Navi Mumbai
By road
The park’s directions page says to join the Mumbai Pune Expressway through Vashi, Belapur or Kharghar. You then drive about 33 km from Kalamboli to the Khalapur Toll Plaza and take the immediate left exit. Within 500 metres turn left, then take a sharp right over the bridge onto Khopoli-Pali Road (SH 92) and follow the signs for Imagicaa, about 3 km further. You leave the expressway at Khalapur, so the Khopoli and Lonavala sections of the route are not part of this trip.

By train
The park’s FAQ says the railway station to use is Khopoli, about 15 minutes from the park. From the station an auto rickshaw runs directly to Imagicaa. The FAQ quotes a shared auto at ₹75 per seat and a private auto at ₹200, subject to change by local operators, and says autos are usually available outside the park’s main entrance for the return. It does not describe the train journey from Navi Mumbai, so check the trains and any change from your own station on the National Train Enquiry System.
By bus and door to door service
The park’s FAQ says bus services run on select days between April and June and again from October to December, and tells you to check availability online before you book. It does not give a boarding point or timings for Navi Mumbai, so ask the park before you plan around a bus. The park also sells a Ghar Se Ghar Tak package that includes park tickets, an AC car pick up and drop from your doorstep and meals, and an AC car service as an add on to Theme Park or Water Park tickets. Ask for the price and your pick up area when you enquire.
Tickets and additional costs
Imagicaa’s tickets page lists Regular, Express and College Special tickets and a Magic Pass, and the offers change by date. Because one page shows the amounts for both parks together, this guide does not quote a price list. Choose your park, visit date and ticket type on the booking page and read the total before you pay. Then check:
- What the ticket includes. The FAQ says a ticket gives unlimited access to the Theme Park rides and attractions only and does not include food. Food vouchers and meals can be pre booked as an add on.
- Booking online. The FAQ advises booking in advance to skip queues and says online offers may not apply at the counter. You can still buy at the counter on arrival.
- Children. Children under 3 get free entry to the Theme Park and the Water Park.
- Offers. The offers page lists named offers, including Happy Tuesday and Wat-a-Wednesday, each with its own conditions. Groups can write to contactus@imagicaaworld.com for group deals.

Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancelling. The FAQ says 25 percent of the ticket amount is deducted and 75 percent is refunded, for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the visit.
- Rescheduling. You can reschedule within 15 days of the original visit date by telling the park at least 24 hours ahead, with a fee of ₹100 plus taxes per ticket.
Check the terms of your selected ticket or offer, since they can differ.
Visiting with children
Free entry for children under 3 does not mean they can go on every ride. Each ride has its own restriction, shown on its own page, and the restrictions are not the same for every ride. For example, the Nitro page lists a minimum height of 52 inches to ride alone, and the Chhota Bheem The Ride page lists its own height and adult accompaniment rules. Check the page for each ride you have in mind and confirm at the park on the day, since a ride listed for children is not suitable for every child.
The rides page groups rides into kids, family and thrill. Use the groups to shortlist, and use the individual ride pages for eligibility. Strollers and wheelchairs are available inside the park, subject to availability.
Visitor rules and facilities
- Food. Outside food is not permitted, except for infants and pregnant women. Water bottles are allowed, and there are drinking water refill stations near most rides.
- Re entry. You cannot re enter once you leave the park.
- Pets. Not allowed, and there are no kennel services.
- Cameras. GoPro cameras are allowed if used responsibly and within ride safety rules.
- Trampoline Park. Anti slip grip socks are provided free with a ticket, and all guests must wear them.
- Payments. Cards and UPI are accepted at ticket counters and restaurants.
- EV charging. The FAQ says there are six charging stations combined at Imagicaa and Novotel Imagicaa.
- Alcohol. Served at select restaurants.

- Arrive in time for the rides. Rides at the Theme Park run from 11 am to 5 pm, and the Water Park closes at 5 pm.
- Pick your park first. Confirm what your ticket includes before you travel.
- Check the day. Look at the timings page and the ride maintenance schedule the evening before.
- Eat in the park or carry water. Plan meals around the no outside food rule.
- Plan the return. Decide your return route before you leave, and allow extra time on weekends.
