Belapur railway station is the CBD Belapur station of Navi Mumbai, on the Harbour line of Central Railway. Central Railway’s timetables call it Belapur CBD and its station list gives the code BEPR. Seawoods Darave Karave is the station before it towards Mumbai and Kharghar is the next one towards Panvel. Trans-Harbour trains between Thane and Panvel stop here, and Port Line trains to Uran start here as well as at Nerul. CBD Belapur is also the terminus of Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1. For the area, see the CBD Belapur area guide.
Quick answer: for Mumbai, take a Harbour line train towards CSMT or Goregaon. For Airoli, Ghansoli or Thane, board a Thane-bound Trans-Harbour service that stops at Belapur CBD. For Kharghar or Panvel, choose a Panvel-bound service. For Uran, take a service that starts at Belapur. Check the destination indicator and platform before boarding.

| Goregaon | A Goregaon-bound Harbour service |
| Kharghar or Panvel | A Panvel-bound service that stops at your destination |

Harbour and Trans-Harbour services
Central Railway’s Mumbai Suburban timetable page links the Harbour timetable for the CSMT, Goregaon and Panvel branches (down direction) and the matching up timetable, both shown as effective 1 May 2026. From Vashi towards Panvel, the stations are Sanpada, Juinagar, Nerul, Seawoods Darave Karave, Belapur CBD, Kharghar, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar and Panvel. A separate Harbour AC timetable, effective 1 May 2026, also lists Belapur CBD. For the neighbouring stations, see the Kharghar railway station guide, the Panvel railway station guide and the Vashi railway station guide.
The Trans-Harbour timetable covers Thane to Vashi and Panvel in both directions. It lists Thane, Digha Gaon, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Koparkhairane and Turbhe, and then splits. Services that go on through Juinagar, Nerul, Seawoods Darave Karave and Belapur CBD to Panvel are the ones that stop here. Services that end at Vashi or Nerul do not reach Belapur. This timetable is shown as effective 13 January 2024, older than the Harbour files, and the Central Railway page links no newer edition. The Mumbai local train guide sets out which line suits which trip.
Reading the timetable: codes at the top of each column name the service. BR, BRVD and BRPL start or end at Belapur; PL, PLGN and GN run through it. On the Trans-Harbour line, TPL services run through to Panvel, while TV and TNU end at Vashi and Nerul. The abbreviations sheet lists them all. A column that shows a Belapur CBD time is a service that stops here.
Belapur and Nerul services to Uran
Central Railway’s Port Line timetable, shown as effective 15 December 2025, covers two separate branches towards Uran. They are different runs, not two stops on one train.
| Branch | Station sequence at the start |
|---|---|
| Belapur branch | Belapur CBD, Targhar, Bamandongri, then Kharkopar, Gavhan, Shematikhar, Nhave Sheva, Dronagiri and Uran |
| Nerul branch | Nerul, Seawoods Darave Karave, Targhar, Bamandongri, then Kharkopar, Gavhan, Shematikhar, Nhave Sheva, Dronagiri and Uran |
Nerul to Uran services do not serve Belapur CBD. When you return from Uran to Belapur, select a Belapur-bound service rather than a Nerul-bound one.
On the Belapur branch (code UBR in the timetable) there are 13 services each way. The first leaves Belapur at 05:30 and is timed at Uran at 06:03. The last leaves Belapur at 22:30 and is timed at Uran at 23:03. Coming back, the first is timed at Belapur at 06:03 and the last at 23:03. These are scheduled times from the linked timetable. Check current railway notices and station indicators for cancellations, blocks and platform changes. CIDCO’s railway page says the stretch to Kharkopar opened on 11 November 2018, and its budget statement says the second phase from Kharkopar to Uran was inaugurated on 12 January 2024. For the Ulwe side, see the Ulwe area guide.
Metro Line 1 and the station
CBD Belapur is also the terminus of Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1, which runs from CBD Belapur to Pendhar, 11.10 km, elevated, with 11 stations, per CIDCO’s budget statement. Treat the Metro connection as a separate leg of your journey. Follow current interchange signs and confirm the appropriate ticket before entering the Metro system. The Navi Mumbai Metro route map guide lists the stations and the Navi Mumbai Metro fare guide covers fares.
Tickets, platforms and accessibility
RailOne provides railway ticketing and enquiry services. Check whether your selected service appears, and use station indicators and official notices for the latest operational information. Before you buy or board:
- Check the origin and destination on the ticket
- Check the direction of travel
- Check the class and service type, including AC where it applies
- Choose a single, return or season ticket as your journey needs
- Add a separate ticket for the Metro leg, where relevant
- Confirm the ticket is valid before you board; a platform ticket does not permit travel
Platform numbers vary by train, so read the destination and platform indicators and listen for announcements. Write CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai on tickets, parcels and cab bookings, since Central Railway’s station list also carries a different Belapur under the Pune division and India Post lists one in Ahmednagar district.
| If you need | What to establish |
|---|---|
| Step-free entry | A suitable entrance and access to the platform you need |
| Lift | Where it is and whether it is working today |
| Wheelchair assistance | Whether it is available and how to request it |
| Metro transfer | Whether the whole transfer route suits you |
| Accessible toilet | Where it is and whether it is available |
Central Railway’s Divyangjan facilities page lists services for the railway generally, not for Belapur alone, so ask station staff before you travel.
Getting to and from Belapur station
By road
CIDCO’s Belapur plan sheet labels the Sion-Panvel Highway along the north side of the rail lines, with Palm Beach Marg and Amra Marg on the western side of the node. Use a live map for your hour of travel. For crossings towards Mumbai, see the Atal Setu toll guide and the toll plazas guide. For Navi Mumbai International Airport, see the guide to reaching the airport and the nearest railway station to the airport guide.
By bus
The NMMT bus routes guide says that a large share of NMMT routes connect railway stations, Belapur among them, with the sectors around them. NMMT’s own portal has route tracking, search by stop and timetable pages for confirming a route number, stop and fare.
By auto, taxi and parking
Confirm the destination and applicable fare basis before starting. For a metered service, check that the meter is used; for an app booking, review the quoted fare and extras. Give the exact sector, since addresses here run on sector and plot numbers. The auto rickshaw and taxi fares guide explains the Transport Department’s tariff cards.
If you drive, confirm the parking operator, displayed tariff, permitted duration and any overnight restrictions before leaving your vehicle.
Around the station
The station sits in the CBD Belapur node, where CIDCO Bhavan is the head office. The CBD Belapur area guide explains who handles water, tax, permissions and lease questions. For the PIN on your address, see the CBD Belapur PIN code page and the area-wise PIN code guide. For a longer outing, see the places to visit in Nerul, Seawoods and Belapur, which puts access first for Belapur Fort and Parsik Hill.
