For a Vashi outing, consider shopping and dining at Inorbit, gaming at Timezone, or a film at a cinema with current listings. Mini Seashore and Sagar Vihar offer outdoor options, subject to current access and conditions. APMC serves a different purpose: it is a working wholesale-market complex, so check the relevant market’s arrangements before visiting.
Vashi appears in CIDCO’s nodal-plan index, and CIDCO’s development plan page (in Marathi) says Navi Mumbai’s development began at Vashi. For the wider city, see what is Navi Mumbai and the areas in Navi Mumbai guide.
Places to visit in Vashi at a glance

| INOX Palm Beach Galleria | A film | Film, date, venue address and ticket availability. It is separate from Inorbit. |

Inorbit Mall Vashi: shopping and dining
Inorbit’s own page for the mall calls it a lifestyle destination with over 150 brands across fashion, beauty, dining and entertainment. It names Shoppers Stop, Westside, Zudio, Nykaa and Tanishq among the shops, and Social, Starbucks and KOA among the places to eat, plus a food court. Tenant names change, so treat the list as a guide to the mix. For specific outlets, see the cafes and coffee shops guide, the restaurants guide and the nightlife guide for Vashi SOCIAL.
Inorbit is in Sector 30A, near Vashi railway station. Check the route to the mall entrance you intend to use. A tenant’s store page prints the same sector.
The page lists EV charging, valet parking, Wi-Fi, electric and manual wheelchairs, car wash and baby strollers as services. Check availability of wheelchairs, strollers and EV charging with the mall before you rely on them.
The corporate Vashi page does not publish mall hours or parking charges. Confirm current arrangements through Inorbit’s visitor channels; individual outlets may operate different hours. Inorbit’s corporate site lists a toll-free general enquiry number, 1800 123 2994, and a corporate office at Raheja Tower, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. It lists no separate number for the Vashi mall.
Timezone, Inorbit Mall
Timezone’s own branch page (read on 8 October 2026) places the branch on Level 2 of Inorbit Mall, Sector 30A, near Vashi station. It publishes hours of 11 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. These are Timezone’s hours, separate from the mall’s.
The page lists arcade games, bowling, VR and other attractions. Most activities are walk-in, but parties and group events need advance booking. Bowling is first come, first served, and the page suggests arriving early on weekends and holidays. Some attractions have age or height limits, so check the posted requirements. Ask Timezone for current rates. The birthday party venues guide covers party options.
Cinema options
INOX Palm Beach Galleria has dated screenings listed on District as of 8 October 2026. The listing gives the address as Plot No.17, Palm Beach Galleria Mall, Sector 19D, Palm Beach Road, Vashi. Check your chosen film, date, venue address and ticket availability before travelling.
Palm Beach Galleria is a separate mall from Inorbit, and a cinema listing does not show that every shop or restaurant there is open. Inorbit’s Vashi page lists no cinema, which on its own does not show that none exists.
Mini Seashore
Mini Seashore, also called Rajiv Gandhi Joggers Park, is a waterfront walk, not a swimming beach. Curly Tales (4 December 2023) describes a promenade along Vashi Creek and sunset views, and places it in Sector 10A. A Newsband report of 5 October 2026 places the walking track in Sector 9A. Confirm the entrance and stretch you want before you go.
A report dated 5 October 2026 describes walking-track works and visitor inconvenience at Mini Seashore. It says paver blocks were being dug up, and a regular walker complained of dust and delays. The report also quotes the Vashi ward officer on action against the contractor over waste dumped near the adjoining pond. Check which sections are accessible before planning a walk, particularly if anyone in your group needs an even surface.
Neither report gives opening hours or entry rules. NMMC’s official WhatsApp channel lists the toll-free helplines 1800 222 309 and 1800 222 310. These are general civic helplines, so ask for the Vashi ward. The parks and gardens guide covers it alongside other parks.
Sagar Vihar
Curly Tales describes Sagar Vihar as a park that opens onto Thane Creek, with a circular layout, steps down to the water and the Veer Savarkar Udyan flower garden. It gives no sector. A Newsband report of 13 November 2025 on a cleaning drive by the municipal solid waste department places Sagar Vihar in Sector 8 and mentions work along its seashore.
It suits a creek-side stroll. Hours and entry rules are not published in either report, and the steps down to the water mean you should ask about step-free access. Use the same NMMC helplines above and confirm the entrance. Treat Sagar Vihar and Mini Seashore as two separate visits, and check the route between them before planning to walk it.
APMC: visiting and buying checks
APMC is primarily a wholesale trading complex. APMC’s pages do not state visitor admission or household-purchase arrangements for each market. Its About page says only that the committee is empowered to regulate the entry of persons and vehicles. This is a working trading area. Follow staff directions and keep clear of loading operations and moving vehicles.
| Market | Location or entrance as printed | Enquiry contact | Trading schedule on APMC’s timetable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vegetable (Dharamveer Sambhaji Raje Vegetable Sankul) | Turbhe, Thane-Belapur Road, Sector 19, Turbhe | 022-27846507 | 2 pm to midnight |
| Fruit | Turbhe, Thane-Belapur Road, Sector 19, Turbhe | 022-27841378 | 4 am to 3 pm |
| Onion and potato | Entrance not published | APMC head office, Administrative Building, Sector 18, Vashi. 022-27888414 | 8 am to 6 pm |
| Grain | APMC Market 2, Phase 2, Sector 19, Vashi | 022-27838318 | 10 am to 5 pm (Market 2) |
| Spice | APMC Masala Market, Sector 19, Vashi | 022-27666510 Ext 5142 | 10 am to 5 pm (Market 1) |
These are trading schedules from the auction timetable, not visitor or retail opening hours. The timetable’s Market 1 and Market 2 rows are matched to the spice and grain markets using APMC’s individual market pages. The addresses are as printed on each market page, and none names a gate. A head-office address is an enquiry address, not an entrance. The head office also lists 022-27881400 on APMC’s contact page.
If you plan to buy, ask the market office these four questions first:
- What quantity do you sell?
- In what unit, and what is the minimum quantity?
- Does the quote include handling or transport?
- Which gate, and which session, should I come for?
APMC also publishes daily prices on its market price page. Its pages do not say those quotations apply to household purchases. Use the exact market name in your map app: the vegetable and fruit pages give Turbhe addresses and the grain and spice pages give Vashi addresses.
For the full market directory, published timings and buying checks, see our APMC market guide.
Older mall listings to check
Raghuleela Mall. Free Press Journal reported on 2 July 2025 that the Wadhwa Group planned to redevelop the mall as a mixed-use project, with demolition in phases subject to regulatory approvals and complete vacation of premises. The developer’s CEO said the project was at the drawing board and approval stage. The report said about 20 to 25 shops were still operating. Confirm that a shop or restaurant there is open before you travel.
Centre One Mall. Biltrax Media reported on 22 June 2024 that the mall near Vashi station had been demolished to make way for a commercial complex by Kamdhenu Realities. Check current status before planning a visit.
How to reach Vashi
Vashi is a Harbour line station between Mankhurd and Sanpada, per Wikipedia’s Harbour line page. Wikipedia’s station page also describes it as the terminal point for Thane trains. Some trains end at Vashi and others run on to Panvel, so check your train’s destination before boarding. For APMC’s Turbhe-addressed markets, Wikipedia’s Turbhe station page lists Turbhe between Koparkhairane and Sanpada. The Mumbai local train guide explains the lines and where to check current services.
A station gets you to the area, not to a gate. Plan the last leg to the mall entrance or market gate you want, using a current map. The NMMT bus routes guide covers NMMT buses. Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 runs between Belapur Terminal and Pendhar, and the Navi Mumbai Metro route map guide says there is no operating Navi Mumbai Metro station at Vashi. By road, CIDCO’s development plan page describes the Thane Creek bridge as the link between Vashi and Mumbai. The toll plazas guide covers the Vashi entry toll plaza.
